🔹 Position: Maintenance Person
🔹 Experience: 5 Years
🔹 Salary: ₹26, 000 – ₹40, 000 per month
🔹 Location: As per company requirement
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle routine maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance issues
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
• Maintain maintenance records and spare-parts requirements
• Attend breakdowns and resolve technical issues on time
👤 CANDIDATE PROFILE
✔ Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
✔ Good technical and troubleshooting skills
✔ Knowledge of electrical and general maintenance work
✔ Ability to handle maintenance issues independently
✔ Responsible, proactive and hardworking
✔ Good coordination and communication skills
